The Art of Autism Project is open to any individual of any age diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder that lives in the Central Texas area.
Are paintings the only art medium accepted?
No, we are accepting all kinds of art mediums but due to showing space at the galleries please keep the pieces to an 8 X 10 size or smaller. Some small sculpture work will also be accepted but due to space issues will not be shown at Kerbey Lane.
When will the artwork be displayed to the public?
Artwork will be displayed at Kerbey Lane locations and the Bee’s Knees Bakeshop March 1st through 31st, 2011
When is the last date NAA of Central Texas will accept artwork entries?
We will be accepting entries until Friday, February 25th, 2011
How can I get a 8 X 10 canvas art board?
Call us at 512-656-6099 or email us at artofautism@naacentraltexas.org and we will make arrangements for you to pick the art board up at one of the participating locations.
Can my child's whole class participate?
Yes, we will arrange delivery of canvas art boards and pickup of art. Call us at 512-656-6099 or email us at artofautism@naacentraltexas.org
How will I know where my child’s artwork will be displayed?
We will notify you by email to let you know at what location your child’s artwork will be displayed at.
